Evan Hirsch is an associate in the Cleveland law firm of Singerman, Mills, Desberg, Kauntz Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, and corporate and real estate financing. Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Hirsch was an associate in the Cleveland office of Roetzel & Andress, LPA.

Mr. Hirsch is experienced in counseling owners, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions, including acquiring, financing, developing, managing, leasing and selling retail, industrial, and office properties. Mr. Hirsch is also experienced in general business transactions.

Mr. Hirsch is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan, Ohio State, and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Hirsch received his B.A. from Boston University in 2003, and earned his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006.
