Gary W. Melsher is Of Counsel to the Cleveland law firm of Singerman, Mills, Desberg, Kauntz Co., LPA, where he practices primarily in the area of real estate law.  Mr. Melsher retired as a Partner of Jones Day prior to joining Singerman Mills Desberg, & Kauntz.  Mr. Melsher has represented many high profile developers and anchor tenants and is a noted expert in shopping center law, including leasing, development and financing.  Mr. Melsher is also an experienced condominium law practitioner.

Mr. Melsher is a member of The Best Lawyers in America and was selected an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine.  He has been a frequent speaker at the International Counsel of Shopping Center Law Conferences, and is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations.  Mr. Melsher attended The Ohio State University where he was selected as a Pacemaker and received his J.D. Law Degree from Case Western Reserve University where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review and is a member of The Order of the Coif.
