Jeffrey A. Sayoc is an associate in the Cleveland law firm of Singerman, Mills, Desberg, & Kauntz Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, and corporate and real estate financing.  Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Sayoc practiced with the Cleveland law firm of Mays, Karberg & Wachter.

Mr. Sayoc has significant experience counseling owners, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquiring, financing, developing, managing, leasing and selling retail, warehouse and office properties.

Mr. Sayoc is a member of the Cleveland and Ohio State Bar Associations.

Mr. Sayoc received his B.A. from Bowling Green State University in 1995, and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1998.
