Steven H. Coven is an associate in the Cleveland law firm of Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz Co., L.P.A., where he practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, and corporate and real estate financing.  Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Coven practiced with the Cleveland law firm of Dworken & Bernstein Co., L.P.A.

Mr. Coven is experienced in counseling owners, developers, landlords and tenants in commercial  real estate transactions, including acquiring, financing, developing, managing, leasing and selling retail, warehouse and office properties.

Mr. Coven is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.

Mr. Coven received his B.A. from Ohio State University in 2000, and earned his J.D. degree from the Case Westerern University School of Law in 2003.
