Mr. Melsher retired as a Partner of Jones Day prior to joining Singerman Mills Desberg, & Kauntz. Mr. Melsher has represented many high profile developers and anchor tenants and is a noted expert in shopping center law, including leasing, development and financing. Mr. Melsher is also an experienced condominium law practitioner.

Mr. Melsher is a member of The Best Lawyers in America and was selected an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine. He has been a frequent speaker at the International Counsel of Shopping Center Law Conferences, and is a member of the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations. Mr. Melsher attended The Ohio State University where he was selected as a Pacemaker and received his J.D. Law Degree from Case Western Reserve University where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review and is a member of The Order of the Coif.
